Overview

Daiken North America Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Manager. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, the Senior Production Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the business across production departments. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving our brand forward on a national scale.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Senior Management experience (7+ years)
  • Strong background in a leadership position of operations or a related field.
  • Plant Manager experience is preferred.
  • Wood Board Manufacturing experience would be an asset.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives, execute the PDCA cycle, and provide logical and well-structured reports. Proactive willingness to take on new challenges and initiatives.

Monday to Friday 8 hours a day; at times more than 8 hours.
